I absolutely love my work, and seeing the amazing lifestyle changes that my clients achieve. So many of them finally make the improvements in their lives that have been, up to now, only dreams. With my 15 years in practice I am still delighted at the results of hypnotherapy.

I am a fully insured Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist who is a Member of the Institute of Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy Post Graduate Association. I am also a supervisor within the ICHP.

I have trained with Sheila Granger. She is in the process of helping to conduct clinical trials using virtual gastric band therapy in England. Her pre trial success rate with clients is a wonderful 95%. I specialise in Weight Loss and Stop Smoking, and am absolutely thrilled with this new breakthrough in weight loss techniques .

Graduate of the Irish School of Ethical and Analytical Hypnotherapy and also qualified in CBT.
